"--> transaction failed, pm_errno 47 (conflicting files), [('harfbuzz-icu', '/usr/include/harfbuzz/hb-icu.h', None)]" Error

Bug found in pamac 0.7.4

To solve this issue you have to update pamac. First check which pamac version got cached:

[test@test Desktop]$ ls /var/cache/pacman/pkg/pamac*
/var/cache/pacman/pkg/pamac-0.7.5-1-any.pkg.tar.xz

Install this new version with pacman:

sudo pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/pamac-0.7.5*xz

We trust you have received the usual lecture from the local System
Administrator. It usually boils down to these three things:

    #1) Respect the privacy of others.
    #2) Think before you type.
    #3) With great power comes great responsibility.
