Yes, although only tested on Manjaro versions 0.8.0 and 0.8.1. This course of action is not recommended, and the Manjaro team cannot offer support for a converted system, since it is no longer Manjaro but depending directly on Arch. Yes, though this course of action is not recommended, and only persons with the requisite knowledge should attempt such an opperation. Practically speaking it would be simpler to prepare your system & data for the conversion & just install Arch.
