Well, I did partially translate them and did not continue translating them, because I was busy at that time or I did't know how to translate some sentences so they'll be sensible. As a matter of fact I'd like to continue them, but I'm really busy reviewing your translations these days. :) Anyway, don't worry It's not unusual to leave a wiki page partially untranslated. Actually I think leaving it untranslated is better than translate it in a bad way. However If you want to complete them, go ahead right away.  
Well, about [[Using Manjaro for Windows users/en|this page]] the reason you can't completely translate it is that It's under construction and the base version in not still complete so how you can translate a wiki page which the source is not fully complete?
