Отвечай не вопрос. Ты не должен спрашивать разрешение спросить или узнать, готов ли кто-нибудь ответить на вопрос.
Убедись что у тебя есть время на ожидание ответа (как минимум 10 минут). Если ты не получаешь ответ, скорее всего, люди не знают ответа, находятся в процессе его написания или не заметили ваш вопрос.
Постарайся быть лаконичным в вопросе.
Если даже ты видишь кучу народа, перечисленного в канале, это не означает, что они фактически присутствуют.
