An alternative, and arguably safer method, would be to save a copy of the file somewhere you can write and then use sudo to move it. For example, if you used nano to edit your fstab and then saved a copy to your home folder, you could then move it to the proper location with sudo:

Une méthode alternative, et sans doute plus sûre, consisterait à enregistrer une copie du fichier dans un endroit où vous pouvez écrire, puis à utiliser sudo pour le déplacer. Par exemple, si vous avez utilisé nano pour modifier votre fstab et que vous avez ensuite enregistré une copie dans votre dossier personnel, vous pouvez ensuite la déplacer vers le bon emplacement avec sudo :
