Hello. Why some pages can not be fully translated into Persian? Like this page and this page.
Well, about this page the reason you can't completely translate it is that It's under construction and the base version in not still complete so how you can translate a wiki page which the source is not fully complete? And about this page I've to say that I don't know. Maybe this one's source is changing, too.
