Deepin desktop environment is not supported on Manjaro or Arch Linux. It is known to be in a broken state. Use at your own risk!

Deepin Desktop Environment (DDE) is a relatively new DE. It is the featured desktop of the Debian-based Deepin OS.
The most recent iteration is written in QT, and Deepin applications are mostly built using DTK (Deepin Tool Kit), which itself is based on C++ and QT.

 ~/.config/deepin/deepin-terminal/themes/
